In each case the player was trying to get the striker's ball through the hoop and on to the playing side with the stroke. Sometimes he succeeded in getting the ball there and sometimes he didn't. Sometimes it was a clean stroke and sometimes a fault. But in NONE of the strokes did a hoop crush fault occur.
